I used to love Gattis as a kid and went for the first time in about 10 years today to bring my little boy. It was the perfect thing to do in Universal City on such a cold day. The manager and the gentleman in the front were beyond friendly and catered to any need we had and were even willing to make us custom pizzas. Their attitude really made it a pleasant experience. The food was delicious, and the games were a blast. The pricing on everything was very reasonable. Thank you making our night so much fun! I can't wait to bring him back.
Had my 3 year old son’s birthday here. We had a pretty large group. We sat in the area in the game room. We absolutely had the best time. Tony the manager was very helpful and attentive. The pricing was good for our large group. Loved that the set up and clean up was taken care of. The front hostess (forgot her name sorry) was great, friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and fast. The kids had a blast with all the games and things to choose from. We had a party on a Tuesday so it wasn’t too busy. We’ll definitely be back again.
One stellar employee you have truly made my Mothers day so special. Chase went above and beyond in the game room. It started with his welcoming smile, which put my nerves at ease. I do not "do" crowds and was already anxious walking in with my two young children, in a larger city. But the whole vibe was so calm and every person was so incredibly friendly. No one was annoyed they had to work on a holiday. No one acted inconvenienced when I needed help with a machine, especially Chase. I am holding back tears as I write this. I CANNOT tell you how much today's experience has changed my view of Gattis. You have earned my business for life and ny loyalty. Yes, the whole experience was great but Chase was the one who stood out the most. I would offer him a job, though I know he loves what he does. YOU are so incredibly fortunate to have him and all your people here.
Brennon the gentleman hosting the prize counter in the back of Mr. Gatti's treated me and my family with a friendly and very professional attitude. It was very busy yet this young man maintained a great attitude through the stressful herd of so many customers. Thank you for an exemplary customer service Brennon. Take great care everyone!
This place was great, food was hot fresh and pizza types made to order, nice salad bar with potato and fixings. Employees were friendly and helpful. Best of all was the value, really great value. Thank you

I love that the do family events today was sonic and they have this awesome company SONRISAS they do the characters free photos.. but u gotta get their early because I've heard some characters r in high demand
Always a pleasant experience. Went today with family and every employee I encountered was kind, patient with the kids, friendly, and well mannered! I wish I had gotten some names but there the gentleman working the front register, a young man with curly hair and glasses, a young lady sweeping the bathrooms with an orange shirt, and another young man working the airplane ride with a nose piercing I think.
